WHAT IS THE SIZING OF YOUR HATS?

Our sizing is as follows…

Newsboy and cadet hats: Small (55cm / 21 3/4"), Medium (57cm /22 1/2") and Large (59cm 23 1/4"). See individual listings for sizing on hand-knit hats.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

Our aim is to get your wearing your hat as quickly as possible! Our standard handling time is 48hrs (excluding holidays and weekends). Our hats are shipped from our studio in Canterbury, CT.

WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR HATS?

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your hat.

Return Options: Choose between a return or exchange. Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Condition for return: Purchases must be from hatelierhats.com, returned within 30 days, and in brand new condition (unworn, unmarked, with tags).

Non-returnable items: Items marked on sale.

Flawed: We will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund where we deem an item is flawed.
